Reservations:

• You must reserve your room through Sterling Events to receive the special group rate. Hotel reservations can be made online at the end of your PrimeTime! registration process. You will see an icon to "Make Hotel Reservations" on your PrimeTime! meeting confirmation page. You will click on this link to be linked to the PrimeTime! Group Reservations System operated by the MGM Grand.
• The group rate applies to single/double occupancy; any additional adult occupant will increase $35.00 per person/per night (maximum 4 guests per room). Children 12 years and under may stay for free in their parent's room using existing bedding. Rollaway beds are available for $35.00/per night.

• A valid credit/debit card number, card type, cardholder's name and expiration date are required upon registering to guarantee your hotel reservation. The hotel will post a one-time deposit of one night's room rate plus tax (currently 12%) to the credit card you submitted for the guarantee at the time of booking.
• When you check in to the hotel, your credit or debit card will be authorized for a charge to include your sleeping room charges plus tax for your length of stay, plus a $200 hold for incidentals that will be refunded upon check out if not used. We strongly recommend you plan ahead for this, particularly if you plan to use a debit card for your hotel charges.

• Check In: You may check-in anytime after your arrival. Your room will be ready after 3:00pm. You may store your luggage, at no charge, with the Bell Desk until that time.
• Check Out: Check-out is 11:00am. MGM cannot determine the availability and rate of a late checkout prior to the day of departure. If a late checkout is available, MGM may be able to extend your check-out time until noon for no additional fee. You may also pay for a half-day rate and receive a later check-out of 6:00pm.

• Reservation cancellations must be made at least 5 days prior to your scheduled arrival date in order to avoid the penalty of one night's room rate plus tax.
• Also, please note that if you fail to arrive on the date specified in your registration, and you do not change your arrival date through Sterling Events in advance, the hotel reserves the right to cancel your room reservation and apply a penalty charge of one night's room rate plus tax to your credit card.
